Pear, Chocolate and Peanut Butter Crumble Cake
Ingredients at a glance
Crumble cakes are one of those desserts everyone loves: just a few ingredients, a few minutes of preparation, and an incredibly delicious result. This version with pears, chocolate, and peanut butter is the perfect example of how simplicity can be surprisingly delightful. It comes together in no time: simply crumble the dough, add the filling, and let the oven do the rest. The result is a rustic, fragrant, and irresistible dessert. The pears bring freshness and softness, the chocolate adds a rich indulgent touch, and the peanut butter ties everything together with its smooth, comforting flavor. Even with these rich ingredients, the result is not overly sweet—everything is beautifully balanced, and every bite makes you want another. It’s one of those desserts that disappears quickly from the table… because after the first slice, stopping is truly difficult. 🍐🍫🥜

Assemble the cake – Step 3
Add the dark chocolate chopped into small pieces and, if desired, a few teaspoons of Nutella and peanut butter.
Assemble the cake – Step 4
Cover the filling with the remaining crumble mixture, scattering it evenly over the top.
Assemble the cake – Step 5
Bake for about 40 minutes. The cake is ready when the top is beautifully golden.
